Parts were significantly marked up over volvo parts online. I asked for a certain type of loaner to try it with intention to possibly purchase. I did not receive it. I then asked salesman to discuss xc60 hybrid with me. He did not get back to me. In the past, Ossie most definitely would have arranged both the type of loaner ss well as put together a proposal.

I was surprised to receive the car back with the interior still dirty. I guess times have changed since I was a body man 1969-1986 but no matter how small the damage we repaired, we completely washed and cleaned the exterior and interior. And yes scrubbed the white walls too.
