Back hatch door did not close when button pushed. And, car was not cleaned consistent with my past experience at LaMettry’s. Manager apologized. I left my car there (even though I had already paid for it) so these things could be remedied. Disappointed particularly because it’s not easy for me to get a ride over there and now I have to again manage that .
