It took significantly longer than I was originally told (a week and a half longer) which caused issues with my rental car but at least SLAR did cover the rental fees for the additional days.
There were two loose screws left in the cup holder which makes me wonder where they were missing from and my car was filthy when I got it back today.
Having said that, the car looks brand new after the repair.
