Job completion date was changed. I had a conflict with the new date. I was told that since Unibodytech made the change that they would work with me. When I called back to tell them when I would like to pick up the car, I was told that I had to pick it up on the stated day. Then a concession was made to pick it up by 10 am the next day. I was told that the reason was because they did not want me to pay extra for the rental car. I had already checked with Enterprise and was told that as long as I dropped the car off by 6:00 the following day, there was no problem. I am happy with everything else and the people I had contact with otherwise.

The wait to complete the work was extra long, I understand that a part that had not been detected originally had to be ordered. That was understandable. However, messages left on the phone were not returned. The last call was after I picked up the car and noticed that the mudguards of the rear wheel wells were not replaced. I called to mention this oversight. However, no return call was received regarding the replacement of the mudguards. I also received notice that the deductible was waived by USAA. Yet, I was charged for the deductible.

I was quoted a 4 day repair. It took 17 days. I called several times, no one ever called me back even though the receptionist promised me they would. When I picked the car up, no one sgowed it to me. The receptionist literally just asked if I saw it on the way in & that was it. The panels that were painted by Unibody are covered in orange peel texturing. It does NOT look professionally done at all, even after an exorbitant amount of time in your shop.
