Y'all are amazing. And did a wonderful job! I was surprised that the window on my car was not fixed. But perhaps it was a miscommunication. I was called about an estimate for the window and was told "we got it up" and that I could pay for the rubber liner. It was my impression that that meant the window was fixed. When I picked up the car it looked great! More then freat! With the damage that was not related to the window. It was beautiful work. But when I left the lot I tried to unroll the window I thought had been fixed. But did not work. I came back and the receptionist brought it to attention to someone who seemed to be in charge. He was amazing. Very lovely and helpful. I just wish I had gotten all the information on the window when y'all first called as I work three jobs and it's hard for me to make the money to pay for extra stuff and o thought the $99+ for the window was all I had to pay, come to find out by taking the car back that that was not the case. Y'all are amazing though and I figure it was probably just a miscommunication and y'all said y'all would call with an estimate. I just wish that it could have been clear earlier as getting money together is difficult. But again y'all were great with me taking the car back and the magnificiant job y'all did with the other damage to the car and the extra mile with taking off the duck tape and the work that required. Y'all are great.

Evwey one starting with the man who estimated to the Nice young woman who made a call for me. I have a bad cild and was unable to drive with all the meds and everyone was good about being there on Monday. Excellent is my opinion Thanks.

On the inside part of the drivers door, the handle is dirty. They were not careful and did not clean but Erika wiped it down when we told her. That was nice of Erika, she is good and nice customer service. Other than this, the rest of the service is good. We are happy with our Tacoma Toyota, good job, keep up the good job and we can spread the good news. Thank you.

I was kept up to date on insurance payments and on repairs. You kept my mind at easy and finished earlier then expected. Thanks for everything

When I came in, the guy that helped me didn't seem to know what he was doing but was very very nice and had great customer service! Todd (or Tom?) helped out and was great! My car got done 4 days earlier than expected. They waited for me to pick it up at 530 and welcomed me and showed me to my car. My car itself looked amazing. I was very happy with the job. Everyone that works there seems really happy and take pride in their job. I would certainly recommend you guys. I appreciate the employees behind the desk, and did a very good job dealing with my grumpiness. I'm very impressed with the employees who worked on my car. Thank you, what a relief!

They did a great job fixing my car, but more importantly they have outstanding customer service. So friendly and welcoming, you don't get this kind of service just anywhere. Olympian Colision Repair was great! They worked with my insurance, were able to get me in the same day as my accident, and had my car back in working order early the day they said they'd be finished. Everyone was very friendly, and the customer service was wonderful. They also have an Enterprise office in shop so I could return my rental when I picked up my car.

Staff was very friendly and did a great job on my car!
