On Yelp, you had a check-in coupon for a free car wash and when I dropped off my car I asked about it, but was told that the detail guy was gone for the day. I was leaving my car overnight and asked if he was going to be there the next day and was told "he should be". So, I asked if he could do it the next day. No response. When I picked up my car, it was not washed. Everything else was great.
