Originally I was told it may take up to four days to complete the repairs to my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised to get the phone call early on the third day stating that the repairs were completed. My vehicle looks like it just came off the assembly line. Guimond's auto body did a great job.

The team there is very nice and they do great work. The text updates were a nice surprise. I felt well informed about the status of my car. When I paid for the repair, it was over what was originally quoted, which meant the check from the insurance company that I previously received wouldn't cover all of it. I told him that and he knew exactly what I meant and without hesitation told me he would bill the insurance company for the balance due. Great customer service, thank you!
