Doug could not have been any nicer or easier to work with thru a very challenging time in my life! I really wanted to hug him when I saw my car all shiny and new after the excellent workmanship on my Honda Civic. Kathy keeps the place running like a well oiled machine & Darrell is someone who knows his craft and is also as kind as Doug.
