I wasn’t informed that I might have to pay part of the charges even when it was being paid for by the man who hit me.
There were auto text messages and more phone messages so it was an overload. When they wanted me to call back it was lost in all the other messages.
They need to explain things under dispute with the same respect and level of education they would give to the insurance adjustor.
