I had the most Awesome experience with Geico. From the initial Call Service rep, to the storage staff, my Claims Rep (Marisa) and my Claims Adjustor (Perren Wilson). Mr Wilson demonstrated courtesy, professionalism, knowledge and above all kindness throughout the entire process. His patience and willingness to provide information, status' and updates was truly comforting during the entire procession. The Joe Hudson Collision staff were equally as impressive. I have been a previous policy holder of Geico and I am taking steps to return my business. I have say GEICO step up and made a lasting impression on me!

Brought 2011 Landrover in after a no fault accident. I have owned the same model for 18 years both domestic and shipped one abroad. Instead of fixing it or assisting me get to the bottom of it, the car was rushed through the easy dent repair but then dragged along and gave 88 reasons why the dash was not related. When I return from travel next week I will fix it myself. I received **** call /message from your office, ****. Customer service was poor and Condescending.
