Good work, but slow. Front desk seems to know little about simple status of vehicles; every question had to be deferred to Jody, meaning if he was busy it could take hours to get the simple status of repairs. Becky was very polite and pleasant, but to meet the standards of the industry, she should be better integrated into the operations to be able to take work load off Jody and increase customer satisfaction.

When I first took the trailblazer in, I Told Jody, the estimator it was making a loud grinding sound when the breaks were applied and he said I shouldn’t be driving it. Well 5 days later my car is returned to me, making the same grinding sound if not louder. Call to ask about it and was told that it would have to be out sourced to do a diognostic on it- not sure why one wasn’t done when I clearly stated there was a problem in the begaining.
