I appreciate the superior customer service. The lady at the desk is friendly and personable. Awesome sweet lady! She explained all the paper work thoroughly. Brandon answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the complete repair process. I absolutely love the texting ability to keep me informed of the entire repair process. They finished the repair work on schedule. The entire car was washed and vacuumed. I would never trust my repair work with any other business. Down’s Paint and Body is remarkable!
