I am very pleased with the body work done to my vehicle from the Randall Ford FSM office! Their customer service, email updates, etc. were above & beyond! The only thing I'd recommend, small though, is performing a quick walk-thru of the work done when picking up the vehicle from the shop. Other than that, very pleasant and efficient to work with.
