I was told I would get a call tues aft with estimate and did not, I called wed aft for update. Then I was told I would get a call fri aft if they found other more wrong, that call came mom aft and changed pickup date from tues to Friday. The only text messages that was any good was the estimate, the rest of them are meaningless. Why would you put a pickup time of 5:07. If you are going to use text make them realistic. They did great work on my car, the communication needs work.
