Very poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Every time I or my father walked in, we had to get someone’s attention and ask to be helped when we were standing right in front of them (only one in there and staff was on their cell phone - didn’t even acknowledge my presence) Went in several times to pick up my car and once I get there they tell me it’s still not ready after emailing me saying it was. Took way longer than it should have and they did nothing to compensate for this. It took 10 days for them to even realize there was another part they needed to order which leads me to believe the car wasn’t even touched for 10 days while I was paying for a rental. I contacted two different managers and left a voicemail and neither one of them ever got back to me. Overall worst experience I have ever had and will never be going back there.

We were told the repair would take three days. The appt was not made until the parts were ordered and in. We knew that once the mirror was disassembled that more parts may be needed . However, we experienced 3 or 4 more time extensions turning it into a two and a half week repair. It looks great, but it was a rather frustrating experience.

I was very satisfied with not only the excellent refurbishing of my Outback but also the customer service at Hyman Bros. I was given information about the process and updated as things changed. I also received my car back ahead of the anticipated return date. I was very satisfied with the whole team at Hyman Bros. Collision Center.

The information on the portal wasn't updated to reflect actual dates. Parts were back ordered but Portal still was showing a completion date that was going to be missed. Good news I did get a phone call with an update.

Well the only thing I would say is they told me 3 to 4 days and it took 6 days. As I am an outside food salesman and do alot of driving it cost me quite a bit more in fuel for those 2 days.

Six day repair went to 3 weeks. Work is still not done. Rental car expected was not reserved. I have spent over $400 in rental costs. Updates and getting status was difficult. Lots of calls to get info.
