My final bill was over $3000, my initial estimate was $1700.
I understand adjustments once work was started but to add $1300 was alot. They didn't fully explain what the additional damage was. I felt patronized without that explanation and that they contacted the insurance themselves. Their actions made me suspicious of their motives. The work is not 100% completed, so I'm putting my faith in their honesty to finish to my satisfaction.
They have done work for me before that was fine.
