I have been to Graham’s on different occasions over the years. The people who work there took the time to explain the process and make it go as smooth as possible. I remember the day I first walked in there, I was visibly upset and out of my element to a point. They took time out of their schedule to get me in to give an estimate, set me up with a time to get fixed. Then time came to get it fixed thy updated me anytime new information became available and when it was completed I had no hassles and EVERYTHING I requested be taken care of was taken care of and he even touched up the few rock chips on my hood. I highly recommend going to them.

Virtually everything about my experience with Graham Collision was ideal except for the final details. Jeremy was excellent and the communication I received throughout this entire process was phenomenal. The one area that needs improvement is the condition the interior of my car was left in after the repairs. There was a fine, **** dust that covered my rear seats, window and carpet. I didn’t initially think it was a big deal until I tried to wipe it up the next day. When wet, it turned into a sticky resin that was virtually impossible to remove. The armrest next to the drivers seat was covered in grime and dirt and the rug in the trunk was scrunched towards the back seat preventing the seat to latch.
