I was rushed to pick up my truck and told it would be ready by 5:30, it was not. The next day I discovered a few lights not working, called but no answer and no return call as of yet. Why the rush? Should have kept my truck until everything was ready and working and clean.

John the guy that works in auto collision had Good customer service but told me that the gave me a new door for my vehicle and in stead when I looked at it the just fixed the dent I will be going in on mon to speak with Manger not really happy I asked for a new door and he stated they gave me a new door but it's not.

The collision repairs look good; however, the car was returned with mud and dirt on the inside. The outside looks dirty with white finger prints and other marks hard to remove with water. Domingo Vara will not be a place that I will recommend as a company that takes care of detais. You may be good at repairing collition damages but terrible taking care of the rest of the car. Additionally the communication with clients is very impersonal. It is a one way communication that may work for you in attempting to keep the client informed about your progress. Unfortunately when I tried to communicate with my representative it was almost impossible. It took a whole day to get an answer and nobody else was willing or able to help me. Taking advantage of text messaging is good but not to substitute personal communication. To end in a good note I want to let you know that among all the places I called to repair my car, Domingo Vara was the only place that could begin the repairs the following day. The other places range from a week to almost a month.

I was very impressed with the customer service I experienced from John in collision. I was initially upset having to argue with the insurance regarding the repairs to my vehicle and John made sure I was taken care of. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and I was extremely satisfied and appreciative of his service. It is employees like him that make customers want to return.

I was very disappointed in your body shop department. My truck had been broken into and I repeatedly advised Steve Cortinas and Alfred Moreno that video surveillance had shown that the people trying to steal my truck had been under the hood. I went over the day the truck was taken to your shop and called three different times emphasizing this issue. My wife was called on Friday Nov 7 which just happened to be the day I was taking my wife's truck to get one of our free oil changes. Which we purchased from your dealership on April **** of this year. Upon arriving I went to the body shop while the oil was being changed. Steve cortinas told my truck was ready I asked Steve if they had checked under the hood and the expression on his face immediately told me that it had not been done. He tells me let's go check it out. We go and he starts the truck and says everything seems to be working fine except the check engine light stayed on. Again I asked him did you guys not check under the hood. He then said pops open the hood and I told him the cover to the fuse box was removed which I had told Alfred on the day I went over there and 3 times over the phone. As we are looking under the hood one of the shop guys is walking by and picks up a fuse that was laying next to the fuse box which had bent prongs as if it had been yanked out. So Steve says let me take truck into the shop and get it checked out I said ok I'm waiting on the oil change anyway. 45 minutes later he comes to the waiting area and informs that he does not think the check engine light was not caused by the vandalism. He then tells me but your horn is not working. I tell him that should have been diagnosed since the steering column had been broken when they tried to steal. I tell him I am calling the insurance company and he tells me let me do it because they will not know what you are talking about. I called my insurance company and then they call your shop. Insurance company calls me and tells that a diagnostics will need to be done and that I would have to pay for it up front. I got a little upset because of the incompetence in whoever did the original estimate and diagnosis. My wife called and spoke to Alfred on Monday and she to became upset when he kept insisting we pay for a diagnostics. She then tells him she wants to speak to Vincent Belcastro Alfred tells her there's no reason we should get him involved so she then wants to speak to Steve but he is not available at the moment and that he will have him call her. We never here from Steve. At 3:30 we are called and told our truck is ready with no additional charges. We could not pick up the truck Monday so I drove over there on Tuesday to pick it up. I told Steve I wanted to check it out. I started it and honked the horn everything was ok but my check engine light was still on but I had had enough trying to deal with your body shop and just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I will never use your body shop again and of course recommend it. I also don't know if I will ever buy another vehicle from Domingo vara. I hope someone actually reads this and gives me a call. My first experience with vara was great. I was provided with exceptional service from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. Mr.Moreno and Mr.Steve gave great service. I didn't have to wait long to get my rental car through Hertz either.

I waited over a month for just a back left common quarter panel on 02 mustang. When I arrived my back left tire was sitting on the rim with a screw in it and thats not how I took it. Very unprofessional didn't walk me through with anything didn't even walk to the car with me. He had me sign papers without showing me my car then took off in a hurry before I even got to my car. I never been treated with such poor customer service over the phone and in person. Great company bad employees...
