My looks like new. Your team is very profession and delivered my car on time, by the second date given.
My only con would be your automated message system. I received several that said in the first week we were right on schedule and almost ready for pickup but a new bumper had not even been located yet. I felt, an email, text and voice mail several times a day is too much especially when the work hadn't been started.
With that being said, I'm still very happy with the service and love my car again.

though the job was done very well, I initially received a text stating that the job was going to be completed on 5/24 rather than 5/28 asprojected. On 5/24 in the morning; i received a text saying it would likely be done by 12 as anticipated. when i arrived at 1pm, i was told that the car would not be ready. very confusing

Unfortunately there was still a ding on the side of my car that I pointed out to your team before I left. Upon closer inspection Later today you can see overspray on one of the panels and there are bubbles all over the hood. All in all it was a really bad job and very disappointing. It was also piinted out to me that paint dies not have the same metalic sheen that the factory paint does. While I have every confidence that you will fix all this - and even with the promise of a rental car - it is a big problem for me to have to give up my car again for another week. Looking forward to hearing back.
