Everything was fine, I liked the text messages on your progress. Thanks so much. One thing that I'm not noticing now, the car automatically raise and lowered before. I haven't seen that feature work that way now.

I can not say enough about working with Don. He is very professional and I am very pleased with the work that the body shop has done to my car. If it wasn't for the great, dependable work of the body shop and Don's professionalism I would not take my car to the Richard Kay body shop. I have to say that the secretary is very rude and has a negative attitude. She does not possess customer service skills. I have never been treated so rudely at any other place of business. Therefore if I ever need service from the body shop I will always ask to work with Don directly as I did this time . Thank you again for doing a great repair job to my vehicle and thanks to Don for making me feel like a welcomed customer.
