I enjoyed there nice customer service ... I like the way they go out of there way to grant you a free 5 day car rental and call you a day before to let you know your car will be ready the next day ....the body shop did an excellent job on my truck ...I like that they took their time to wash the truck too .... Thanks Bellwood auto body .... A special thanks to the manager for helping me out on that extension .... Great job guys and girls....

Tim was amazing. He took care of me throughout the whole process. He was very kind and informative. You can tell that his priority wasn't just to make sure that my car was fixed, but that I was happy with the whole process. The frequent updates I got about where my car was assured me that the work was being done properly. Tim definitely went out of his way to take care of me and I felt comfortable leaving my MINI Cooper at your location.
