ASIDE FROM the monetary "faux pas'" that took place...we just do NOT understand how the waiting area of your establishment didn't have ANY type of a/c in temperatures of around 95 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT (ALONG W/ABOUT 100% HUMIDITY), during TWO (OUT OF THE ONLY TWO) TIMES we've been there!?!? Whether or not you've heard other customers of yours complain of this, this summer (as of yet), you SHOULD be concerned about any of them spreading the word, and/or making it a point to never return as a customer...
