When I drop my car off I spoke with Leslie and she informed me that the rear bumper will be replaced and dent removed from the side of the car. When I picked up my car. Was satisfied with the work. They did not replace a new bumper. Did a horrible paint job to cover up the scratch so now am on my way back to motor works to correct the problem. No reason should I have been given the back looking a hot mess. I rate them a 2 and that’s because Leslie was so no and helpful she is the desk clerk.
