Both Body and paint work were done very well.

Repair of the damage was done very well. There is no sign of the previous damage and the paint job is near perfect. I have a couple issues that prevents me from being fully satisfied. First there are two spots on the trim bezel that goes around the external button for opening the hatch. These spots appear to be damage due to the repairman grinding near this trim and he hit it with the grinder/sander. The grind marks are not big but it's obvious how they were created. Secondly, after I returned home with the car, I noticed several areas inside the car that was covered with grinding/sanding dust. I was told it had been detailed but some areas inside were neglected. It wasn't a big deal, so I cleaned them myself. Finally, when I was making the initial appointment to drop off the car, I asked how long she felt it would take for the repair. She said she thought it would take two days. My wife and I made plans to travel based on that information. I actually threw in an extra day in our planning schedule for the repair, allowing three days. We dropped the car off on a Sunday evening and I expected it to be completed on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. When I called on Wednesday to see if it was done, I was told it would be Friday before I could pick it up. We had to re-adjust our plans (we were leaving on Thursday morning for a short two-day trip) and find another means of transportation. It was finished on Friday, and we were able to pick it up on our return from the trip as we passed through Morris.

The repairs were explained both in advance and at completion, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Couldn't be happier with the way we were treated both in person and on the phone. Fully enjoyed the updates via email. I'll be recommending Davidson Auto Body to friends and family.

So I happened to hit a light pole that was laying on an I 80 exit ramp. No one ever expect to come around a corner and quite literally into a pole. However all of that being said Davidson's really helped me during a really bad time in our worlds history. With everything going on they were extremely calm and helpful and even lent me a loaner car while mine was being repaired. I am quite satisfied with the repair of the vehicle as well as the exceptional customer service.
