Although everyone was very courteous to us we have several issues since picking up our truck. The first is that the drivers mirror will not defrost. This is the mirror that you replaced. The second is that there is overspray on the drivers side window. It now appears that there is overspray on the windshield also. We are busy people and now have to return to have the work completed correctly. We would expect you to provide us with a rental car so we do not have to be inconvenienced with having to wait. Furthermore we expect the entire truck to be checked and cleaned for any overspray in other areas.

The repairs looked great; however, the smell of paint thinner lingered in the car for days. It was so bad when we picked the car up, it made us all ill by the time we got home. Have been trying to air it out for three days and still it has a horrible, noxious odor.
