They sent me home with a car that had frame damage. Luckily my dad does auto body and inspected my car and found the frame damage. It took my dad one minute to inspect the frameand see the buckles and the auto body man there and the estimator didn’t bother to take the time to look. I had to take it back so they could properly repair my car and fix the frame damage. It was done perfectly thanks to Dave the auto body man. But I am not happy with Honda overall and wouldn’t go back or ever recommend anyone to go there. The only one who did a kick **** job was the auto body man by the name of Dave so thank you for making it look factory !.

Me and multiple customers waited while person who was supposed to be checking us in a g’nite dis and talked to a pretty coworker for 10 minutes.
Curt / rude responses from workers inside the shop when I approached them to get some help.
When it was time for me to drive away after going thru the check out process, I could not leave for a half an hour because a service employee had blocked my car in and left with the keys. According to 2 coworkers that had to scramble to try and find him, they said he does this all the time. He just parks and blocks people in.
When I got in my car, items that did not belong to me were in my backseat. A dirty hairbrush filled switch woman’s hair. And a piece of Women’s clothing. Neither were mine. But my back support pillow from relax the back was missing. It cost ke $75.

I went to Honda world to fix my car and my grandpa just noticed after I got my car this month and how a part in the front of my car looks like it was glued to stay in place… while the other side looks good.. just wanted to point that out since he did.

My car was not brought back the same. Gas wasn’t were I left it. My battery was dead multiple times with Honda. Several items were misplaced and not put back the way they were. 0/5 stars. Won’t go there again or let anyone I know go there. I don’t even wish my worst enemy to go there
