They did a good job, were timely with repair, kept me updated, went the extra mile to do a good job. Only complaint is that the company charges a fee for using a credit card to pay. that is totally unprofessional, a punishment for not having lots of cash on hand. Using a credit card is part of doing business and the customer shouldn't be punished for using a credit card. No other company I have ever done busines with punishes a client for using a credit card. Good job with repair, but I would think twice about using them again or recommending them because of credit card fee.

The work was done within time slot that was stated, work appearance is excellent, representatives were friendly, cordial and efficient. Car looked wonderful both inside and out, thanks to the vacuuming and washing. Great job!
