One question, I was pushing down on the hood looking at alignment with front section. The hood has a slight spring in it and is not solid, is that normal or incorrect, I would think it would be snug or tight fit.

I was very impressed with the new condition of my car and the work that Holder's did!! It looked brand new and was so clean as well. There was also one other problem with a coil inside when I picked it up. Holder's kept the car and sent it to their mechanic to check on the problem for me and meanwhile, put me in one of their rental cars for the day. When I picked up my car the following day, I asked them what it would cost me now or what I owed for the part being fixed, and they told me "nothing. We will take care of it." The work on my car was exceptional. Plus, all the employees at Holder's were incredibly polite and kind. I would recommend them to anyone!
