I was seen on time during my initial appointment, thoroughly explained the extent of the damage, and assisted with obtaining a rental car; given a projected completion date and then provided routine updates on progress. The work was eventually completed ahead of the projected time frame and the car delivered practically spotless. I could find no flaws in the workmanship as the repaired part blended seamlessly with the original body. In all of this Mr. Reggie Rainey was very courteous and responsive keeping me up to date and answering all of my questions.
