Thank you for your fine workmanship and service. As far as I can tell without benefit of adequate sunlight and clear weather, everything looks perfect. I really appreciate your making a rather troubling experience as painless and worry-free as possible. From the beginning, Mark adjusted the front left fender so that I was able to get the driver's-side door open. Once Liberty Mutual indicated they would accept liability, you provided a couple of possible dates for repair, your estimate of days for repair were "right on," and you provided daily updates, usually with a phone call. Your coordination with Enterprise for a rental car was seamless, and resulted in no inconvenience to me.
I'm happy with your service and results, and I will definitely recommend Bucky's to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you all for a job well done.
