Fred and crew were outstanding and addressed all my concerns and then some. Thanks so much for fixing the gap on my running board! I truly appreciated the realignment of my console over the gear shift and rebonding the map shift button on the gear shift as a favor to save me a trip to Novato. Most importantly, my truck fenders, tires and running board look new and it has 300,000+ miles!! Your wash, polish and vacuuming my car was unexpected and a nice surprise. Owner offered to buff out a scratch I already had prior to my accident during the initial estimate. I Picked up my car today and the scratch is still there which is disappointing because he's the one who offered. Other than that, the rest of the car looks good and I had a really great experience.
