Looks great. Was done quickly, before estimated time. It was very much appreciated. Also office personnel was polite and helpful. However the detail company (although they did a good job) was not easy to deal with.

For starters I was not notified when you received my car from the towing company. There was a lot of costumer service missing, as I would not receive little to no updates on my car. I don’t like how you texted me more than a phone car as the information you needed to say was a lot easier to say by calling me. I get that you push things through to my insurance company but in all the vehicles is mine. I want to know updates and know what is going on. It was good work but it also took way too long. I almost ran out of car rental days due to your slow service.
