I did have to wait a couple months to get repairs done. Staff was welcoming, professional, and polite. Once car was dropped off for repairs Gary remained in constant communication providing updates every day once the initial timeframe had passed due to waiting for a part from Subaru. He facilitated a convenient retrieval of my car including information for return of my rental and payment over the phone. Love how patient they are with their clients. I have a hearing disability. So I would repeat what I thought they were trying to tell me. To clarify what it was they were explaining.
