I realize your contact information was probably given by Nationwide, and I will give this same feedback to them as well. Everything has been addressed to my husband, Ronald. It's wasn't his car or his claim, he did not contact Nationwide or Coleman's, and has never been involved regarding this claim. Once I showed up with the car and it was clear I wasn't Ronald, someone there should have asked how I preferred to be contacted and changed the information in your files. On the day my repair was to be complete, you contacted me at home; however, I would have preferred to be reached on my cell since I had a doctor's appointment that morning and I also work for a living and don't sit at home during the day on weekdays! Luckily someone was there and picked up, which is very unusual. Lastly, and most significant is the fact that my passenger front door makes a noise when being opened that it had never made before the accident. I explained that to George when we went over the damage to the car. It is still making that noise even though repairs are complete and I wonder how that can be rectified. I am very pleased with the outside of the car and how that looks, a very good job was done with that and I'm proud again to drive it!

There were know leaks or light before the accident, but now The radiator is leaking fluid and the service engine light is on. I'm not fully understand any of these problems especially now that it's suppose to be fixed. My car was just tuned up inJan so that it could pass inspection and allow me to purchase and pay my taxes/tag..I've always been pleased with Colemans I've even referred a friend or two to them...but at this moment given the current situation with my Nitro I can' not say at this time that I'm pleased..my brother will be returning the Nitro back to Colemans for what I pray will be the correct repair. I be been very pleased in the past with the repair of my once 2009Ford Experdition(Eddie Bauer) and insurance claim on my 2011 Kia Sorenta..At this moment I am not pleased with the condition of my vehicle and the time it has taken to repair
