My wife was dost impressed with the car wash/cleaning you did at the end. I was impressed with how great the car looked with its new rear bumper, with paint matching perfectly. And with how well you adhered to the schedule I was led to expect for completion of work. Any need for an extra day would have been devastating -- we're enroute home to Florida, with prepaid reservations!
