The process went pretty smoothly. Ron Gould didn’t seem to be on top of things though. I called to get my car in, he said he would have to order the part. So I waited 2 weeks, called back told is been waiting for a call when the part came in, he said oh ... yeh the part is here do you want to schedule appt? Uuhhh yes I do! Then when it was done my husband called in cc# to pay the deductible and Ron tried to charge him for the whole cost of the whole job. Maybe he’s got too much on his plate. But I do trust Serafini to work on my car plus I lease my Rogue and want complete record of well I take care of my vehicle.
