Unfortunately, my repair took longer due to paint having to be special ordered. Supposedly, they knew it was special paint day **** of having my car but I was not told about it and that it might delay the process until the 5th day, when I was supposed to be taking my car home. They called and said they needed to keep it for the weekend because the paint had not arrived yet. There were many arrangements, including with my rental car company, that would have been nice to arrange the change of return date. I should have been notified earlier so that this didn't come as a surprise and I had to scramble to make sure i was covered. Also, it was said that the issues with my Chrome would buff out, but it did not. I'm very unhappy with how the Chrome came out.
