The collision center did an excellent job of repairing the scratch on the front bumper of my car. I can't tell that the scratch was ever there! I am very pleased.

My account representative never gave me updates on my vehicle, attempted multiple calls and voicemails were left and he never contacted me back. The only time he would answer is if my husband called the shop. Multiple dates of completion were give to my husband, and never uphold. I really feel like this shop is very sexist. My account has been put under my husbands name, even when I am the vehicle owner and the point of contact.

When I got in the vehicle the windows however were wiped with something that left an oily residue on the glass. I can go to a car wash to get them cleaned but wish that they were cleaned.
