The truck looks great. I appreciate the detailing job! It was so nice to get it back looking like new inside and out. Communication was good with the following small exception: you said you would call on Monday after I dropped it on Friday, but I didn't hear anything until I called you on Wednesday. You did say you thought you had left a message on Tuesday, and I understand- sometimes you can't remember what you did and didn't do when you're busy! I was expecting a call on Monday though. Not a huge deal, but you might want to consider giving yourself an extra day when you say when you'll call. I'm very happy with the job and I appreciate you putting up with my insurance company being a pain!. Thanks!
