Completely painless process of having my car repaired after an accident. They offered to assist in arranging a rental car. They took my vehicle even though I didn't make an appointment. When they didn't have the appraisal from my insurance company they contacted the insurance company directly so I didn't have to. They offered to contact my by phone , email or text. They texted me updates and gave me an accurate completion time estimate. When additional damages were found they contacted my insurance company directly and informed me without needing any action on my part. My vehicle was returned with all repairs done perfectly and more clean than my car had even been before. One of the finest businesses I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

They used txt which was really cool and efficient. The car was completed a day early and looks like new. At first I was worried Auto Body Climic wouldn't install the specific aftermarket part that I wanted replaced on my vehicle but after working with my insurance company to get that line item added to the estimate it became a non-issue. Once my vehicle was in the shop, Auto Body Clinic was very flexible working with me on additional items that I needed done. Also, communication was excellent using their text notification system ensuring I was aware of the vehicle's progress and end date ETA. Overall, 5 star service!
