The estimated date of repair for my vehicle wash pushed back 2 times. The day I went to pick up my car, I was forgotten of and waited 30 mins when I finally had to ask the front desk how much longer it would be. After I got home I noticed that my car had scratches that were not there when I left my car. The quality of the work wasn’t what I expected.

Kept me informed throughout the process which was good. Customer service was good. Only thing I found was looks like a couple of scuff marks on the fender they worked on which I didn’t see when checking it at Quality but when I got home you could see them in the sunlight. But I’m going to wait and check it tomorrow and see if they will run out. But overall happy with the service.
