You did a great job repairing the rear bumper. The guy you recommended for removing dents did an excellent job as well. You were very kind to polish my cloudy headlamps and washed my entire vehicle including vacuuming the inside. This was our third time taking our Audi to Sunnyvale Auto Body due to some fender benders that happened in the parking structure at the Valley Fair Mall. My daughter works in the mall so there is no way to avoid the crazy drivers trying to park. All three times Bob has taken care of us when we brought in our Audi. He has always been very friendly, professional and takes care of everything with such ease and a big smile! Everyday that our car is in the shop I get updated by text message and phone calls so I know every stage of the work progress on our car. I know our Audi is in good hands when we bring it in and the car always looks gorgeous and brand new, all fixed, washed and detailed whenever we come to pick it up! The rest of the people at Sunnyvale Auto Body are very nice and friendly too. I really hope this is it for the fender benders on the Audi, but if something does happen again, I am definitely taking it back to Sunnyvale Auto Body!
