I've never had to rent a car before and was a bit freaked out when Mark said it might take 2 weeks after my understanding it would be one week when I got the estimate. The people at Gary Rains were great. They made me feel comfortable and treated me like a person I am very pleased with the Service and the work. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
I will say that Nation Wide needs to not use Gary Rains email to up date the customer for go customer service. By doing so it could of caused me problems getting my car back. If it was not for Enterprise calling me and doing a follow up saying I had car until the 19th of December which prompted me to call Garys to check on my due date to pick my car up it would not of turn out so well. Let Gary Rains send their own up dates.
Gary Rains did an awesome job. Trust in them to do their own customer service. That way there is no miscommunications for the customer
