I had to take it back as soon as I got home and noticed that someone scratched my back door when installing the bumper. Tony tried fixing it on the spot, but unfortunately it looked bad. Shawn has offered to paint it in 2 weeks once the **** is back from vacation. I am usually very happy with the work done on my car. Evidently, there must be some new people working there because even the way they washed my car was not up to the excellent level of detail that I have encountered in the past.
Something unexpected was also found, the interior of my car had some dirt inside that was not there when I left the car. I was surprised to see that since they should not have been inside the back of my car. The dirt was on the back of the two back seats facing the trunk of the car. Luckily, it was easily wiped off. Shawn saw me do this. I'm hoping that when they fix the scratches the car will be back to normal. Unfortunately, after painting it the car loses more spots of the original paint.
I know this is not the normal way M&S does business because I have always been beyond happy with the work done on my car(s).
