All the personnel that I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable, professional, very friendly, helpful and informative (which relieved a lot of stress when trying to grapple with the repair process, insurance issues, rental car, schedules, etc., and they always kept us apprised of the repair progress/status). Miracle Strip handled TWO vehicles for us within 5 days of each other (both rear-ended while stopped at traffic lights), and both repairs appear like brand new (including the superb interior & exterior cleanliness). I waited to see how it looked after a week when the paint had settled. I have seen bad bodywork in the past (ASE Certified Body technician) throughout my career where repaired areas shrink back and you see minor imperfections in the repair after a couple of weeks (not letting primers dry out/finishing it correctly etc./ before painting) You did a great job on the repair of our black pickup truck that would highlight any defects if their were any! The only minor issue we had was that we weren't kept inform as to when we were going to get the vehicle back. Although we asked for this, it only happened when we initiated contact with your body repair shop. Overall you guys did a great job!! Thank you
