The repair was perfect and overall experience was good. My only comment concerns the finish date. I received several calls and text that changed it by a business day or two, I was out of town so I was fine with the later date. Which they seemed to be very comfortable with being able to achieve. As it turned out it went a day longer, which I didn’t learn of until the day of. Had to adjust some plans on my end. All in all not that big a deal for me, for some it could have been an issue. Still very happy.

You guys were amazing we could not have asked for a better service from the initial phone call and explaining how everything was going to happen and then dealing with everything and then the actual repair all top notch. Very professional, courteous, and all out awesome. Showtime staff were all very professional and very courteous! They did an excellent job of repairing the damage to my vehicle. My auto was returned looking absolutely pristine and beautiful!! My auto was in excellent condition inside and out. They handled the arrangements for a rental auto while my auto was being repaired. It was wonderful having it all handled right there at the repair shop, no waiting in lines. They treated us as though we were their number **** priority. I will without reservation recommend Showtime to others!!
