The job was incomplete. Management should make sure that the job on the estimates are complete. You lack review process of the job completed and not completed. Came highly recommended by Farmer's Insurance. No one has followed up. Management should have some review process implemented. Staff are nice. But work has to be completed as in the job estimate. Another three more days at the shop.
