I greatly appreciated the professional but friendly demeanor maintained with us (and others, we noticed) by each member of the staff. Tom kept us regularly in the loop by email and telephone of what was being done to the car, of how progress was being made, and of what operations required adjustment.
The desk staff and tech rep were both patient and kind in helping me with paperwork, letting me come to get things out of my car, and I was so pleased to be refreshed with real cappuccino while waiting-- always a reasonable amount of time-- in the lobby. Best of all, I received three free days use of a rental car AND the repair time was four days shorter than the longest estimate-- so I had to cover only 4-5 days of the rental fee.
