Did not deliver what was promised. Representive continued to blame everyone except taking responsibility for his own employees. Would of went elsewhere if I knew they were not going to deliver on what was requested.if your a manager and your employee delivers a promise it's your responsibility to deliver. I would not recommend this facility.

Quality,timely work with excellent customer service. Their estimate within $10 of insurance, so ethical. Had used Old Forge years ago so immediately drove there when I had collision with the curb tearing off front bumper and more damage at 5:30am. I was really upset and they immediately took care of everything with insurance company a so u was able to compose myself. The owner rushed the job because be knew we hoped to get to LA for Thanksgiving. Use these trustworthy people!
