This was the second time that Renewal Body Works has done repairs on our Kia Optima. On both occasions the workmanship has been excellent! The staff is very professional and friendly. They keep you informed on the progress of the repairs so you know what to expect and when. We hope that body repair service will not be needed in the future, but if it is our first choice will be Renewal Body Works!

Shop staff should have double checked that everything was working properly before I picked up my car. My wireless entry was not working properly: car would not lock when i pressed the button on my door handle to lock and door would not unlock when i approached the car and placed my hand on the handle. Front driver window also made a noise when rolling window up and down. Since these issues were related to the repair, I feel that these items should have been tested to ensure they were working flawlessly before I picked up the vehicle. Fortunately, shop offered to fix these issues. Unfortunately, i had to bring my car back a few days later for them to fix these issues. Overall, they made it right but these things should have been avoided if they tested everything the first time around.
